the concept of www.propertyconnect.me came from a need to sell one of my farms in the city markets and to my dismay found that all the real estate portals worked on location based searches. this demonstrated to me that what i needed was my own individual property website so i could market my farm to people wanting a lifestyle change. after creating my own website, a friend and i thought that this would be a great idea if people could go to a site, fill in a form, load up the photos and documents and presto you have your own individual property website. the site was released in 2013. it is very much my belief that the real estate industry has to take their marketing up to another level and not simply feel that an advertisement that is done once and never updated even though it may be on an internet portal. we now live in an age where we do our own research when contemplating any buying and therefore we need a more proactive medium like a website that has all the information and more imp
