core arts center offers classical pilates and gyrotonic® training. our principal instructor apprenticed with the late master instructor romana krysanowska, through the new york pilates guild. additionally, she acquired a second teacher certification through power pilates. core arts pilates is the home of bodystratgies for dancers, a hands-on, dance conditioning system developed by core arts. the system enforces tested dance conditioning techniques, along with the latest innovations in dance medicine practices aimed at the optimization of a dancer’s athleticism, plus the principles and techniques of classical pilates. all of this is used to enhance and unlock each dancer’s full potential.
