our core competency is retail leasing and investment sales in northern california and northern nevada. as a boutique firm we are small enough to collaborate and share information about retail tenants, lease rates and capital market trends, and yet we're large enough to provide all the resources and support available to the national firms. the core values that drive our business revolve around creating an open environment where information is shared, commissions are shared, and the goal is always to do what's in the best interest of the client. it's not as altruistic as it sounds. while we may not earn maximum fees on any one transaction, our philosophy results in repeat business.
