core is a unique fitness studio that offers personal training and group fitness classes, along with customized nutritional guidance. our 5,200 square foot-facility provides plenty of space for a hard core workout with knowledgeable and dedicated instructors in an energetic and fun environment. we also add a twist to the hard core work out - we make it fun! we customize challenging workouts for every class and blend them with music and energy to create a unique fitness experience. we believe in switching things up so you don’t get bored and your muscles don’t know what to expect next.
