core is a health club that’s aim is to provide a service to the ‘health aware’ market rather than the ‘body conscious’. with years of industry experience, member insight and operational understanding, our model will be built on maximising member usage by ensuring we can recruit high calibre individuals to adopt customer-facing roles, creating the engagement and customer experience that aids the support, acquisition and retention of members. we will target the budget-tier based upon but aim to provide a premium service, through a robust staffing model. with significant investment in technology we’re able to offer a premium member experience by removing the administrative tasks normally completed with significant back of house resource.
