we are a team with a collective 35-year commitment to public education, a drive to help educators deepen their impact, and a passion for removing barriers to powerful communication for students and the educators who serve them. we believe that every person has a right to fully participate in our economy, but for many, that right is foreclosed when post-secondary learning is not attained. we address this challenge by engaging k-12 educators in strategic instructional planning aimed at increasing post-secondary readiness. our saas writing product improves the quality of education by building teacher capacity to inspire critical thought and build powerful communication skills for students. we also offer site-embedded professional development for school districts and individual schools in common core writing, strategic instructional planning, cognitive coaching,® and adaptive schools®.
