core was set up to help companies plan and execute their relocation projects. i have been involved with large and small office and site relocations for the last 5 years. i am a member of the project management institute located in auckland. we work with and for you. most often we are working with a cfo or ceo who has been given the task and allocated a budget, and time frame, but who is also having to keep the day to day business on track. this is a hands on approach, liaising with your designers, fit out companies, attending multiple sites, consulting with staff, and working from your premises as part of the extended team. it may include sensitive information around dis-establishment of sites and or people, or unpopular decisions, we are discrete and sympathetic. projects undertaken -will travel nz & oz small office relocation office and factory move into new build move into refurbished site closures & reconsolidating decommission site signage furniture assessment canteen and catering
