derek and tony began working together in 2008 at the newly formed retail realty group, llc. derek serving as director of property management and tony overseeing the day to day leasing operations of a portfolio in excess of 1.5 million sq. ft. it was during this time that the two learned to work well together and develop their strong friendship. since 2008, tony and derek have worked together on leasing, sales, management and development projects. with over 21 years between the two of them representing both landlords and tenants in negotiating lease and sale agreements they know what it takes to make the deal work for both sides. having successfully closed in excess of $200 million dollars in properties ranging from investment, retail, industrial, development & recreational land they have the experience to represent both buyers and sellers.
