established in 2009, core architects was created from the desire to produce quality in design. with over 50 years experience in architectural design and construction, sam culling and lee hepworth began the business to allow them to build upon and expand an already successful and rewarding working relationship. the practice has evolved and expanded with a top floor office at the terrace in the centre of lincoln. we develop our client’s aspirations and nurture them with full support – through feasibility, detailed design, planning consent and the final construction stages. utilising form, function and aesthetics we create contextual and practical contemporary architecture which enhances places and lives. with innovative design and careful decision making we are constantly striving to minimise environmental impact whilst optimising the economic and social aspects of all our projects.
