we'd like to introduce you, to sofology. a word that stands for comfort, freedom, quality and value. it's our mantra and it sums up everything we practice around here. from the way that we help you find the right sofa, to the way we designed this very website. not bad for one little, old word. we know neal's a big fan and we think you will be too. so make yourself comfortable, because you're about to experience the art of sofology. at sofaworks we hate to be rushed and we don't like commission hungry salespeople pushing us into buying something that might not be right for us. that's why we have removed commission from our sales teams and we don't create fake offers, with 'end sunday' deadlines and crazy 'buy now' discounts. we do low low prices not yo-yo prices and our teams talk about sofas not discounts or reductions. we want to create an enjoyable and immersive shopping experience that helps make the customer journey in store or online easier, more useful and better connected.
