Ström Uf

ström started as a design project with the vision to shine light upon the power strips of today. we had noticed that they all looked the same, and even though some technical advances had been made, there wasn't an exclusive good-looking power strip out on the market. we decided to focus on the recreating and reimagining the design of power strips, while still maintaining its function and even implementing features such as usb charging ports. after brainstorming several ideas, we settled on two final concepts that we took the step further and made functional prototypes of. these concepts mirrors our heritage as a scandinavian company with one concept having smooth rolling lines while the other has a clean, minimalistic design typical for scandinavia. through difficulties and opportunities, we have developed the products completely in-house as a uf (junior achievement sweden) company using professional tools and our own experience as guidance. ström uf was one of the 6 national nominee
