disruptive spirits ltd was founded by pat o’brien and viki baird. their dream had always been to do something different in drinks in ireland and beyond. they had long observed that, while the craft scene was booming, there was little real invention, not a whole lot of fun and no actual gin distillery in dublin city. they want to change this with disruptive spirits. pat, a builder and active member in the craft scene founder pf dublin whisky company and an investor in rascals brewery, set his plan in motion 3 years ago when he spotted space in inchicore, adjacent to the rascals brewery, for a distillery. pat built the distillery with his own hands while md viki got the show on the road by bringing in eanna burke, one of ireland’s youngest and most exciting master distillers. what we’re all about & the trends we face into: ethical production both in terms of planet but also the people you impact. sustainable development goals come more to the fore with expectation of brands acting i
