in the course of almost 20 years of international professional experience in sales, marketing, management and consulting, one aspect has always preoccupied me the most: the effects of interpersonal relationships. the environment in which i grew up professionally and worked as a manager myself for years - the games industry - was characterized by a great pioneering spirit and offered a lot of space for development. it has benefited both my own success and that of the companies i worked for. in addition, during these years i got to know and love agile work and mindset. in doing so, i kept asking myself how teams could work even more independently and how it could be possible to encourage employees to be even more individual, empathetic and sustainable. what keeps me going: challenges after having been sales & managing director at electronic arts for 6 years, in 2013 the ambition grabbed me to do something completely different with all my convictions and experiences. i started my phd
