the bearth doula is a los angeles birth companion, providing comprehensive nutrition recommendations, labor comfort techniques, mindful breathing techniques for labor, birth preference plan, placenta encapsulation and more. it is a necessity for all expecting families to have access to equal care. this includes serving teen parents, a single-parent, intersex parents, adoptive parents, surrogates, same-sex couples, any person of the lgbtqia community, and beyond. the bearth doula strives to provide culturally sensitive care, respect of all religious and spiritual faiths, and a proficient understanding of all desired spiritual practices to be performed in labor (i.e prayer, crystal healing) that will aid in the divine process of bearing life. this is your birth experience, and this experience will be celebrated and blessed in the spiritual formats that suits your family. as a doula i respects the family’s right to choose a home-birth, birth in a birthing center, or birth in a hospital
