self-discovery is an often overlooked pillar in the pursuit of a fulfilling life. it is what allows us to reflect and act intentionally, building the self-awareness of what we desire as well as the confidence to act with purpose. often self-discovery tools are unavailable to the majority of us for a multitude of reasons, especially those of us from underrepresented communities. it is my intention to provide us with these tools that have helped me and many others continue to build our personal legacies. through use of behavioral neuroscience, leadership development, and organizational psychology, i empower individuals and groups to unlock their confidence by using self-discovery tools to actualize a life rooted in what they deeply desire.  this manifests as private coaching, leadership and empowerment group workshops, and community circles providing the space and guidance that equips individuals with the confidence to overcome any obstacle they face in their embodiment of a fulfilling
