how staffing rewards works. staffing rewards will charge our clients £100.00 per month on a 12-month term. we have conducted some market research and clients are reacting very positively to our model. staffing rewards will have a custom-built website for our clients to sign up with us and fill in our three-question simple form once per quarter to nominate one employee from there recruitment business who has gone above and beyond in showcasing collaboration and teamwork between clients, candidates and colleagues. these questions are; question one – how did x employee demonstrate collaboration and team work with a colleague? question two – how did x employee demonstrate collaboration and team work with a candidate/worker?question three – how did x employee demonstrate collaboration and team work with a client? once our clients have submitted one employee per quarter we send them over to one of our active industry recruitment leaders to select three employees per quarter who they fee
