our main goal at girl.gov is to uplift women’s voices and create a community of strong, empowered women. our vision is to create a safe space for women and girls to feel supported and provide them with tools and resources to be successful in both their personal and professional lives. this is a safe space for folks from all walks of life to grow and learn. girl.gov started as a podcast in 2020 where our goal was to reach as many people as possible to uplift women's voices and learn about different causes, organizations and personal stories. since then, we have reached over 45 states and 21 countries and have touched on topics like women throughout history, mental health, farm workers and daca rights, covid-19, prison feminism, domestic violence, cannabis skincare and sexual wellness, sexual health, homelessness, astrology, lgbtqia+ rights and history, dog rescue and rehabilitation, single moms and student loans. we are so excited to grow our team and reach within our communities. wo
