we are a volunteer driven science advocacy think tank. our mission: to conduct advocacy research that leads to the development of new ideas, tools, and insights to support trainees, organizations, and policy makers in science around the world. we envision a future where equitable access and exposure to quality science education is possible for all. the problem as many countries now realize the importance of training in stem for growth and prosperity, there is a great need for new and enhanced understanding to help trainees, organizations, and policy makers build a scientific enterprise of the future. although there is more information in stem than ever before, understanding is lagging far behind.
