Henry (Health Exercise Nutrition for the Really Young)

at henry we are passionate about babies and young children having a healthy start to life – because a healthy, happy start lays the foundations for a brighter future. henry was founded in 2006 with grant funding from the department of health, department for children, schools and families and child growth foundation, in response to an identified gap - for a practical intervention that would deliver the key evidence-based messages contained in professor mary rudolf’s report for the department of health on how to give children a healthy start. we have developed a national reputation for delivering responsive packages of support that make a real difference to young children and their families, as well as the practitioners who support them. we are working with over 60 local partners, including health trusts, local authorities, public health departments, voluntary organisations and universities.
