we created i am max because as a frequent travelers we’ve missing a lot in hotels. even if the hotel has 5 stars we felt lost a little and we couldn't enjoy the hotel to the max. well the answer is finally here, your max! i am max is a platform connecting hotels over the world with their current guests. max as a virtual assistant is guiding guests, making reservation of hotel activities, giving advice what to see around the hotel, check-in and more. guests can even chat with max who as a smart bot will automatically reply. in a case max will receive question he is not able to respond, he will connect directly reception to help customer. solution is saving time of reception by answering frequently ask questions automatically, collecting check-in details and guiding them in and out of hotel. one of the biggest problem we have solved is guests’ loneliness in hotel. hotel offers so many services and sports for multiplayer, so single traveler would skip those. in our app guests are able
