I Am a Cancer Killer

the becca foundation cancer.communication.connection. when you are an 18 year-old young woman, and you have an evil brain cancer that, you know, will eventually take your life, what do you do? you reach out to others, to comfort them, to make them feel better and give them hope; hope that shows determination to beat this ugly disease. we use terms like, ‘evil’ and ‘ugly’ and ‘killer.’ becca used those words because they were her reality and the reality of those she touched with cancer. they are strong words. those who confront cancer need strength. becca shared her strength with others and through her words and this foundation she continues to share her strength.
