I Am Armour

i am armour (ima) is an urban self-defense club founded by students from both concordia university and mcgill university that provides students with the necessary skills to be able to control and disseminate hostile situations. with our workshops, seminars and events, students from all over montreal will learn how to handle any uncomfortable or threatening situations they encounter. our goal is for students to always be prepared and vigilant regarding their safety and avoid the outcome of hostile situations not only through physical violence (self-defense) but also through negotiation and communication. take your life and safety seriously. own yourself. being an innovative and necessary venture, we hope to inspire other universities and associations worldwide to join our movement. we are looking for dedicated and inspired team-players who share our vision of creating a safe environment in the streets of our beloved cities.
