i am & co is a refreshing and energetic online community for women. we share and create stories by women for women that inspire identity, discussion, expansion, and growth. so, join us on this ride as we pique your interest, warm your soul, make you laugh, make you clap, make you think, and most of all make you feel empowered. march 2018 we announced that fitgalri.com would become i am & co. the change meant that our site's content would transition from that of purely fitness based topics to a full breadth of issues by women for women. through fit gal ri we were able to help thousands of women every single month take control and transform their bodies. however, in this new chapter we're reaching for more ways to help women feel empowered by bringing more content to the table in a way that feels good & fun.
