with more and more people working from home, it has become increasingly more and more difficult to achieve work-life balance, with the lines being blurred between work and personal time. i am evolving life coaching offers a 6-month course that partners with you to clarify your goals, work with the you to come up with a strategic action plan and manage your physical, mental and personal environment. the coaching also assists to identify necessary skills needed to upgrade in order to achieve your goals, as well as mastering your emotions, conscious and subconscious limiting beliefs holding you back. all sessions are done online, at the client’s convenience.
