I Am Holding Space

in a world where everything is always go, go, go sometimes we just need a quiet safe space to calm our minds, to relax, to unwind. that’s not always possible, with your pets and your kids and the work you need to finish in the back or your mind. this is for you. an act of self care. a place where you can listen to yourself, whilst having support of another. a place of no judgement. we don’t believe things should be complicated. as humans we tend to choose the easier path, the easiest option. why wouldn’t we? we personally choose the easiest option, that’s why we've decided to make this easy. if you need support from your bed, we can make that happen. there’s not a lot of this or a lot of that. we welcome you into a safe, relaxed space, where you can choose what you would like to do. you can be quiet, you can cry, you can scream, you can laugh. easy, it’s simple, it’s easy and we will just go with the flow.
