how it all started: staff counselling: and have you talked to anyone about the bullying? me: i am hr... i knew, in that moment, that this was bigger than i was currently facing. that there are many, most i would not even know and probably will never meet, but who are depending on me to speak up for a chance of a decent work experience and healthy mind. i am hr® was born. i am extremely proud of the hr profession and the value we bring. and for that reason, i want hr to protect its integrity. so, let's earn together to do as we say, mean what we say, walk the talk, put actions into words and start charity at home. culture change starts within hr.
