I Am My Sister

i am my sister is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to empowering youth to lead, innovate and serve. since inception, i am my sister have prided itself on implementing innovative programs and events as well as having the ability to stand out as a leader in the communities in which we serve. our innovative program designs have allowed us to partner with schools, churches, government agencies, and public and private organizations. over the past six years, we have expanded our reach to support communities in north carolina, south carolina, maryland, new york, georgia and california; as well as expanded our efforts to include a project initiative to support the growth and development of male youth called “i am my brother”. program focus areas: • self-esteem, character building & leadership development • community service & mentoring • health relationships • health & wellness • adolescent sexual health • teen parent support • financial literacy • entrepreneurship & workforce dev
