welcome to i am simply sherri - where i lead a variety of classes that are cultivated around what you want to learn in the kitchen. between individual instruction, group classes, topic-based series and more, i strive to meet you where you are at, and give you the tools to have the utmost confidence while cooking. my goal is for you to feel good while learning, trying, and growing as a home chef. as an inn certified holistic and integrative nutrition health coach, i implement my own knowledge and education throughout my instruction, providing you with detailed information about specific foods and cooking techniques to allow you to learn about your food and nutrition beyond the steps of a recipe. additionally, i place an emphasis on mediterranean style eating that includes plenty of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, fish, lean poultry and healthy fats in my recipes. my hope is that you get a sense of how easily you can implement healthy, simple and delicious meals within your everyday
