about icl i choose life foundation is a team of people who want to help. whether that is a cup of tea, sending a text, going for a walk or offering a session, it’s all possible at icl. if you or anyone you know is finding life just too much to deal with, you are not alone, we understand. each person on our team has journeyed their own challenges, losses, disappointments and come back from the brink of giving up. but we didn’t, we chose life and we would choose it again every time and we want the same for you. and we don’t just mean surviving, we want you to thrive. the walk to raise awareness of the foundation, our founder, sarah and yume (sarah’s dog) will leave harrogate on boxing day and set off to walk 500 miles around yorkshire, finishing back at harrogate on saturday 26th january 2019. christmas is a time when everyone seems to be happy, but it can also be the most difficult time for some people. the walk will cover the christmas and new year period and includes “blue monday”
