i get it now works with helping people to look at their challenging events, understand the dynamics of those events, and change their perceptions and outlook on life, in order to love and embrace all that happens within and around them. we have been in the human behaviour space since 2010, and our facilitators and coaches specialise in the different fields of their expertise, even though the human experiences are intertwined, and one aspect of life can have a major negative impact on another aspect of a person’s life. the interventions we use as the i get it now team are through private one on one consultations, for both business or for individuals. there’s also team workshop sessions that we use for team dynamics. we further do public workshops where we deal with different topics like personal life vision and goals, wellness and well being, couples workshops, and intensive 2 day workshops. lately, our sessions are online due to the current pandemic, however, some low risk in-person c
