the company was started in july of this year taking over from synergy in motion. the re-branding offers the athletes the opportunity to attach to the teachings of mental performance enhancing sessions. the focus is to assist young aspiring athletes how to be better mentally through belief in their abilities and themselves. the company started with an 8 session curriculum and has now developed over 20 topics. the stage has expanded as well and we will be working with kids in care (foster kids) as well as 8th grade students at a private school in calgary alberta. please visit the website with any questions and make sure to use the resources on the video page, the blog and the radio interviews on the home page. if you parent a young athlete you will love this site and it will help more than you can imagine.
