i grow chicago provides an environment for connection and belonging in order to foster wellness, justice, and dignity for all — one breath, one seed, one family at a time. we envision a world where everyone can grow into their unlimited potential. i grow chicago is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed for exclusively charitable and educational purposes. all our programs work to combat the traumatic effects of violence and poverty on children and families. our peace house in west englewood provides intergenerational programs that foster wellness and empowerment for all. our platform is built by and for our community. we do what our community asks for and respond to their needs — no matter how big or small. we engage and employ englewood residents to build their vision of their community and collaboratively work together to lead our comprehensive continuum of supportive services: -yoga and mindfulness -creative expression -comprehensive social support -community building -education
