the only program of its kind, i have a dream foundation follows the same group of children (dreamers) from elementary school through college, providing a comprehensive program of support along the way. we work with dreamers after school, on the weekends, and over summers, to provide them with the academic, social-emotional, life skill, and college readiness support they need to succeed. once our dreamers are ready for college, we provide them with guaranteed financial support for college expenses. our model delivers and coordinates support that includes the entire newark community. we work closely with schools, government services, public housing, and other local stakeholders to provide the best support for our dreamers.
