I Heart Connection

i heart connection is dedicated to the cultivation of peaceful homes and communities through the offering of workshops that promote raising socially and emotionally fit kids. i heart connection is a trauma informed service provider. we support people that want to learn and practice a way of being with others that is grounded in empathy and connection; at the heart of all workshops is the belief that nonviolence is essential to creating a more compassionate world. discussion groups, theory, role-playing and specific problem solving and topics such as empathy, anger, boundaries and healing are all part of the education experience. workshops provide opportunities for conversations that allow parents to create narratives to reflect on their own experiences. strategies like mindfulness help parents discover what they need to create more ease within themselves and in their relationships with others.
