my name's paul marsh and my aim is to offer small businesses and individual users a helping hand with it. anything from installing software, upgrading pcs and fixing problems through to full server and network installations and setup. other areas i cover are online data backup, cloud email and storage, design and build of servers and networks, web site design and software training. if you have a computer there are some things you need to be certain of. is your data backed up? is it held securely off-site? have you checked it works by restoring? are your wireless systems secure? are your operating systems patched? is your anti virus up to date? i can offer a helping hand with all of these worries. do you want to get your email on your pc, phone and ipad? is your computer slow, crashing or doing strange things? do you just want to talk to someone about your it needs? perhaps you just need a helping hand with using your new laptop? i'm that helping hand.
