I Am Her

i am her was founded on the principle that the people you surround yourself with are vital to your overall well-being and are essentially a representation of who you are. the question then becomes, are you spending time with the right people for your health and happiness? we exist in a world where we have never been more connected and yet, we have never been more starved for relationships. add to this today’s pressure from society for women to be, do, and have it all and the necessity for support systems becomes paramount.  the reality is, we are innately social creatures and our need to connect is as fundamental as our need for food and water.   i am her is a community grounded in the science of social connection, focusing on cultivating and fostering meaningful relationships and inspiring profound change in like-minded women in order to empower them to live healthier and happier lives.
