welcome to i am ready psychology. i’m trisna, a psychologist with an interest in the wellbeing and fulfilment of artists, performers, creatives and all those who follow their passions. i split my time between therapy and research. as well as assisting clients manage challenges of working in creative industries and life in general, i am also involved in research. i am trained in cognitive-behavioural therapy and mindfulness approaches and continue to train in acceptance commitment therapy and narrative therapy techniques. i value a collaborative approach in therapy and aim to “walk with my clients” and come to a holistic understanding of their life experience. i have a master’s degree in applied psychology (community). i am a registered psychologist with australia health practitioners regulation agency (ahpra), a member of the australian psychological society, college of community psychologists and the australian society for performing arts healthcare. i have conducted individual and
