softtek innoventures is softtek's internal accelerator for launching new initiatives. with offices in houston and mexico, we enable softtek intrapreneurs to benefit from complementary resources across both countries. softtek innoventures will endorse initiatives in three stages: idea generation, idea development, and idea deployment. during a four week quarterly boot camp, intrapreneurs will refine technology ideas that form the foundation to achievable business initiatives. softtek innoventures believes in mexico's potential and in the growing entrepreneurial spirit in latam countries. we expect to create value by contributing to the startup ecosystems within latam regions and empowering intrapreneurs to tackle softtek specific, local, and global challenges.
