we advise and search for small and large real estate investment opportunities in spain, more specific at the costa del sol. in 2010 we visited the malaga region for the first time, and it was love at first sight. the weather was an important factor: leaving belgium with snow and -1 c°, it was a delight when the airplane doors opened and we felt a temperature around 25 c°. after a second visit, we decided to look for a property to rent, so it would make it possible for us to spend more time in málaga. with some help from friends and a friendly real estate agent, our adventure started.we devide our time between belgium and spain. we offer pro-active investment projects suitable for all budgets. we aim at all sorts of investment groups all over the world, but we also can look for properties if you give us your personal search profile with individual wishes. we work with a small team to make it possible to give our costumers a personal service and to give a fast reaction on questions from
