even though invex was formed in 2009, that is not when it history begins. the company was formed in los angeles, california with the solely intention of promoting and licensing it own inventions of all kind, primarily in united states and on a second phase will expand operations to countries like china, japan and europe. invex called itself a social oriented company because one of the main reasons of it formation besides profiting is to allocate a good share of his profits to charity agencies or non-profit foundations in central america. as a part of the philosophy of invex, we are determine of make the most profit possible with our inventions in order to increase our investing in private projects and as a result of that having more resources to support needy people not only in central america but some other countries and places like the us, south america haiti and africa.
