ionic artists llc was formed to give the construction, facilities management and real estate industries existing conditions documentation, also known as asbuilts. the managing members have over 20 years of combined experience in documenting the needs of their clients throughout the country. while they do provide service throughout the us, they primarily serve the western united states. ionic artists takes pride in the ability to maintain the highest levels of accuracy and quality available. we specialize in existing conditions (asbuilt) documentation. because we do not design or provide any other cad services, we produce your drawings faster and for less than any other company. we utilize state of the art lasers, windows 8 based tablets, and our own software to acquire field data in real time that translates directly into autocad© and/or revit©. the precision gained from using this technology allows us to produce a deliverable accurate to within a ½” tolerance before we leave the proje
