in 2013, mark wibholm and jerry hartema joined forces as iowa central electric. together, these local electricians have the capabilities to give each job the attention it needs, whether planning, designing or executing the project. the electrical contractors have been able to invest their time and ingenuity in producing high-quality electrical systems they’re proud of. iowa central electric serves the entire midwest as if it were our own back yard. our headquarters rest in alden, iowa, right along the banks of the iowa river. you can find us downtown in the city’s historical alden masonic lodge overlooking the iowa river dam. our second location was opened in 2016 at maxwell, iowa.
