iowa leadership develops both current and next generation leaders who will courageously embrace their christian faith and civic responsibility in the areas of liberty, life and marriage. iowa leadership initiative prepares the next generation to think more clearly about how their christian faith intersects with their civic and political responsibilities and teaches them to make an even-handed, incisive, yet gracious defense for classic christian faith and principled values in the public square. engages individuals; organizations and communities by creating events that inform, equip and inspire them to become catalytic participants in their own communities. connects strategic leadership groups in a desire to strengthen and maximize relationships and resources.
