the international professional basketball association (ipba) is an organization designed to link players, coaches, agents & officials with professional opportunities in basketball. the ipba is committed to developing world class basketball talent and professional opportunities worldwide. we currently serve over 260 million members in over 450 leagues in 249 countries, with headquarters in atlanta & beijing. we facilitate cross-cultural opportunities that engage athletes and community partners in tournaments, sanctioned games, training camps and other basketball events.
