who we are: the indianapolis public schools education foundation (ipsef) was incorporated in 1984 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization to build links between the schools and the city's civic, business, and governmental entities. what we do: ipsef serves ips students by securing resources to ensure the highest quality classroom experience possible. how we do this: ipsef provides funding for innovative classroom projects to help increase student achievement. we serve alumni and boosters who want to support educational activities. and we provide a key link between community partners and our schools. why we do this: to ensure a brighter future for our students, and in turn, our city.
