at ipsative our goal is to help faculty—especially those in their first years of teaching—receive the skills, training, and mentoring they need to excel as a teacher as well as a scholar. we do this by: * providing resources in the areas of personal development, student relationships, institutional expectations, pedagogical methods, and technological tools * supporting faculty through one-on-one mentoring in the early stages of their career * offering a series of online training sessions for faculty who wish to grow as educators
