about iris from the age of 15, iris has been conscious and intentional in her journey to discover her life's purpose and passion. in the past decade her life has taken many major twists and turns including but not limited to: moving to a new city, becoming a christian, exploring different careers, becoming a business owner and becoming a wife and step-mother. through these transitions, iris found coaches, mentors and resources that made each transition a powerful growth experience. after embracing her strengths and developing her own personal mission statement, she knew without a doubt that she wanted to be a life coach, helping women in transition. her mission is: "to discover, develop and unleash the power within myself and others!" one of iris's greatest strengths is to see over the horizon and see the vision of what a person can be or do - their potential. she instinctively observes each person's style, unique essence and strengths and is able to draw out the best in them. her appr
