hello. we’re iris, a team of design strategists and innovators helping organizations understand people, imagine what's possible and create something awesome. together. we use human-centered research and design methods to obtain a deep understanding of an organization, its goals and the people it serves. we then integrate ourselves into internal teams to collectively come up with creative solutions and roadmaps to achieve innovation. and we go beyond insights and strategy to make it tangible. we prototype and iterate until we get it right because solutions need to align with an organization's internal process and overall business strategy. our purpose is to explore possibility without constraint. we do this by being nimble and adaptive, by looking at challenges from all angles, and by using the right mix of creativity and pragmatism.
