we are on a mission to develop and nurture places of physical culture. at our studios participants are considered students and athletes. we employ high standards of technique and safety in our training and education. unlike a lot of businesses in fitness, we believe in sustainability in our fitness training. quality always trumps quantity. we specialize in teaching and programming both groups and individuals in the use of kettlebells and barbells. we coach olympic weightlifting and powerlifting.
