iron river outfitters was established in 2016; however, the passion that we invest into our company has always been a strong part of our lives. even as young kids, you would often find jessie and zach outdoors chasing wildlife. they were both born and raised in northern alberta and it’s where they still call home… raising their own young families while at the same time owning and operating thousands of acres in the heart of some of the best hunting land in alberta. they still do some of their hunting in this very familiar northern fringe boreal forested area located just outside of cold lake, alberta. iron river outfitters is family-based business that promises a true northern alberta experience. we look forward to the opportunity to share our experiences and knowledge with our guests each year.
